MAP Education offers students aged 11-16 who are having difficulty accessing mainstream education the opportunity to study qualifications in Art and Design, Music and Creative Media alongside Maths and English.
As a local authority approved provider MAP Education offers a range of qualifications that suit individual needs, and all learners are supported in re-engaging with mainstream education by progressing to further education or returning to school.
In school there’s more going on so you get distracted easily, but in MAP, it’s smaller. When we’ve got an issue or a problem they’re there for you, and they know what you’re about. It’s a good vibe, and everyone gets along… It’s helped me to figure out what I have to do in life, and what not to do in life… After MAP, I’m going to back to school.” - Kenny, student
